How to Return Your Order
- Re-pack the item(s) in the delivery bag.
- Register your return in our Return Portal at Alaur.com/Return
- Upon registration, you'll receive an email with your return label and instructions within 2-3 business days.
- Attach the return label to the parcel, book a pick-up with DHL, and hand over your package with provided documents.
- After processing, you'll be notified via email. Save the receipt and return tracking number until your refund is processed.
Return Policy
- 15-day return policy for items postmarked within the original purchase date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached.
Return of Sale Items
- Sale items may be refunded at the discounted price, not the original price.
Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance & Flash Sale items, washed/used items, items over 15 days return time.
- Questions? Submit a ticket on the contact page; response within 24 hours on working days.

- Most returns processed within 3 business days after receiving the package.
- Refunds issued within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
- Exchange replacement dispatched within one week.
- Keep tracking number or return receipt for reference.
Return Receipt Confirmation
- You'll receive an email when your return is received.
- Processed and refunded within 14 days.
Return or Exchange Process

- Provide order number, item name, issue description, and clear photos.
Returning Two Orders Together
- No, only items from the same order can be in a return parcel.
Accidentally Returned Wrong Item
- Not responsible for items returned by mistake.
- If found, request return at your expense for shipping fees.
Missed DHL Pick-Up Appointment
- If DHL missed your appointment, call your local DHL Express to reschedule.
REFUNDS

Full Refund Eligibility
- Full refund for unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with all original tags attached.
- Excludes return shipping fee and non-returnable items.
- Coupon codes will not be refunded as monetary value.
Refund Processing Time
- Upon receiving returned items, it takes up to 3 business days to process the refund.
- The refund timeline varies:
- Credit/Debit card: 3-15 business days (depending on the financial institution).
- PayPal: 48 hours.
Cancelled Order Payment
- If your order was cancelled, and money was deducted, it will be reversed back to your bank account within 2 to 5 days.
- If not, contact us for assistance.
Refund to Closed Credit Card
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- If your credit card is closed, the refund is directed to your bank account.
- Contact your bank after refund confirmation to redirect the transaction to the desired account.
